Description
To amend the City of Toronto Zoning By-law No. 569-2013 and the former City of York Zoning By-law No. 1-83 to permit a 15-storey apartment building containing 126 residential rental units. The proposed residential units are to be affordable rental housing constructed under the Open Door Affordable Housing Program.
