Description
BLOCK 12: A Site Plan application to development of the site with a mixed-use building with ground floor retail along Front Street, 401 residential units, 355 parking spaces and 480 bicycle parking spaces. A total gross floor area of 32,821 is proposed comprised of 31,507 square metres residential gross floor area and 1,338 square metres non-residential gross floor area.
