Description

Proposed 15-storey office building with ground floor retail space and the retention of the existing Copp Clark Publishing Co. heritage buildings on the subject property that are currently used for commercial and office uses. Approximately 49, 351 square metres of new non-residential gross floor area is proposed in addition to the retained gross floor area of 12,482 square metres, for a total of 61,833 square metres. 309 vehicle parking spaces and 211 bicycle spaces are proposed in four below levels.
