Description
Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment applications to allow a 36-storey mixed-use building with a total gross floor area of 27,354.80 square metres. Proposal includes 401 residential dwelling units and 1,872.90 square metres of commercial space located on the ground floor and second floor. A total of 112 parking spaces are proposed in a 4-level underground parking garage accessed from a new rear lane.
