Description
10-storey (32 metres excluding mechanical penthouse) building addition on the Cawthra Square Side only, connected to the existing 28-storey apartment building. The addition contains 128 residential rental units and steps down in height from 10-storeys to 4-storeys (13.65 metres) to the west along Cawthra Square. To the west of the new addition and immediately abutting the Barbara Hall Park is 820 square metres of Privately-owned Publicly-accessible Space (POPS). The proposal would add a total gross floor area of 9,910.21 square metres to the existing residential of 29,701.66 square metres resulting in a density of 6.0 times the area of the lot.
