Description
Zoning By-law Amendment to facilitate redevelopment of the site with a new 7-storey mid-rise mixed-use building. The base of the building includes about 1,700 m2 of retail space and a residential lobby along College Street. The proposal includes 103 units on floors 2-7 and indoor and outdoor amenity space on the rooftop. 13 rental replacement units are also proposed on the 2nd floor. The 13 rental replacement units consist of 7 one-bedroom units, 5 two-bedroom units and 1 three-bedroom unit.
