Description
Application to remove two Holding Symbols (H-4 and H-5) from site specific Zoning By-law No. 342-2015(OMB). Pre-conditions to the remove the holding symbols include matters pertaining to the completion of the outdoor swimming pool and accessory building, parkland enhancements, satisfying parkland dedication requirements, constructing or posting financial security for westbound double left turne lanes at the Sheppard Ave E/Don Mills Rd intersection (if deemed required by the City) and submitting a Transportation Impact Study.
