Description

This site is also known as 36 Tippett Rd and 36 R Tippett Rd. The purpose of this site plan approval application is to permit a 14-storey residential building and an 8- storey residential building. The proposed 14-storey building contains 291 units (including 50 affordable ownership units) and a 468 square metre daycare. The proposed 8-storey building contains 152 units. The proposal also includes a shared 2-level underground garage with 353 parking spaces.
