Description
Revised Site Plan application for a mixed-use development with residential, retail, commercial and institutional uses on two blocks at 260 to 322 King Street West. The east block is proposed to be developed with a 74 storey building (262 metres) and the west parcel is proposed to be developed with an 84 storey building (300 metres). The proposal includes the conservation of heritage buildings on the east and west blocks including the Royal Alexandra Theatre on the east block and the Eclipse Whitewear building, the exterior elements of the Anderson building and the Princess of Wales Theatre on the west block. A total of 2.034 dwelling units are proposed.
