Description

Dec 2020 Resubmission: revisions include minor technical and design changes to address staff comments. Feb 2020 Revision: Proposal to permit a mixed use building with retail and residential uses. The total proposed residential gross floor area will be 29,357 sq m and non-residential gfa will be 3,136 sq m. The previously proposed grocery store has been eliminated resulting in less parking spaces and loading spaces. Original Proposal : to permit a mixed use development including office, retail, and residential uses. The total proposed residential gross floor area will be 27, 873.05 square metres and the non residential gross floor area proposed is 10, 862.22 square metres.
