Description
This application has been appealed to the Ontario Muncipal Board by the applicant. This submission is a settlement proposal proposed by the applicant. A mediation meeting has been scheduled by the Ontario Municipal Board for Februrary 12, and 13, 2018. The settlement proposal adds the property at 359 Richmond Street West. The settlement proposal includes a 38 storey mixed use building (123 metres including mechanicals) with 374 dwelling units and 878m2of retail/commerical floor area. An overall gross floor area of 22216 m2 is proposed representing a density of 13.3 times the area of the lot. The heritage buildings at 122 and 124 Peter Street are proposed to be included in the development. The heritage buildings at 357 and 359 Richmond Street West are proposed to be demolished.
