Description

Proposed rezoning to permit the development of 2 additional rental apartment buildings with heights of 8 and 17-storeys on an existing rental apartment site containing a 16-storey rental apartment building and 2 blocks of rental townhouses. A total of 351 new units are proposed. Upon completion, the site will contain 622 rental units with 657 parking spaces and a total gross floor area of approximately 48,188 square metres and an FSI of 2.94.
