Description
This is a substantially amended Zoning Amendment application submitted to address City concerns regardng the previous proposal for a 56-storey residential building. The application has been appealed to the Ontario Municipal Board (OMB). The revised proposal is for a 23-storey commerical building with retail and office uses with an overall height (including the mechanical penthouse) of 103.5 metres.
