Description
Application for Site Plan Approval for a 58-storey mixed use building with 605 residential units with 212 vehicle parking stalls are provided in parking stackers over three underground levels. Bicycle parking will be distributed throughout the underground and ground floor, and up to the fifth floor, for a total of 605 spaces (545 residents and 60 visitors). The main residential amenity areas are on the i h floor, with 625 square metres of indoor space and 511 square metres of outdoor space, and a total of2,084 square metres of residential amenity throughout the building (including a spa feature, guest suites and green roof gardens).
