To maintain existing 3-storey plus basement office building located at the southeast corner of Yonge St. and Roxborough St. East, while adding an additional 3 storeys plus mechanical penthouse. The total existing area is 3,502.0m2, and the total proposed addition is 4,019.0m2. Taking into consideration permitted area exclusions as per by-law, the total proposed GFA is 6,998.4m2. The total proposed building height is 23.2m to the top of the 6t h floor, and 27.2m to the top of the mechanical penthouse.
