Description

The application proposes to amend the Etobicoke Zoning Code and new City-wide Zoning By-law to permit a mixed-use proposal consisting of four residential towers with buildings heights of 21, 29,32and 38 storeys containing 1,196 residential units, and 11 three-storey townhouses. A 119-unit 9-storey seniors residence is also proposed abutting a 4,128.6 m2 park fronting onto Evans Avenue. A new public road is also proposed to run through the site at the southwest cornern of the two proposed new public streets. A Draft Plan of Subdivision Application has been submitted for the new public streets and public park.
