Description

To obtain site plan approval for the construction of a 25 storey mixed use condo building containing 311 residential units plus 1 guest suite (12 bachelor, 238 one bedroom, 58 two bedroom, and 3 units with three or more bedrooms). Retail uses will be located on the ground floor. 150 parking spaces will be provided in five levels of below grade parking and 212 parking spaces will be provided in two levels of above-grade parking.
