Description
Orginal application for a 19 storey mixed used building and 3, four-storey stacked townhouses was appealed to Ontario Municipal Board, # Pl141473. Settlement of Augt 18, 2015 approved a 12 storey main building with 2 wings of 10 and 6 storeys. 328 residential units and 383 parking spaces. Committee of Adjustment decision A0588/NY of September 27, 2018 modified proposal to 13 storeys fronting Keele Street and at south of site and 7 storey fronting Maryport. Total units: 365, and 400 vechicular and 394 bicycle parking spaces.
