Description
Zoning By-law Amendment Application to permit 295 residential units in two condominium buildings of 14 and 10 storeys with ground floor commercial uses fronting Sheppard Avenue East and 4 blocks of stacked townhouses containing 57 units to the rear of the site. A total of 352 residential units, 374 vehicular parking spaces and 303 bike parking spaces are proposed.
