Description

Proposal for a 5 tower development including three mixed-use towers on the north block and two commercial towers on the south block. A total of 2,864 residential units, 1,867 parking spaces and 4,112 bike parking spaces are proposed. 10% of the residential units are proposed to be directed to affordable rental housing, and a community centre will be delivered onsite. The total proposed gross floor area is 386,078 square meters, comprised of 215,668 m2 residential and 170,409 m2 non-residential.
