Description

An application to amend the Zoning By-law to permit a new 12-storey (40m plus elevator overun) mixed-use building, with 110 residential dwelling units atop ground floor retail and second storey office space. The proposed Site Specific By-law calls for a gross floor area of 11,150 square meters, of which 10,650 square metres is residential and 500 square metres is non-residential. The applicants has proposed flexibility in the proposed By-law to permit either office use or residential use on the second floor. Also proposed is a 5 level below-grade parking facililty to accommmodate 124 vehicular parking spaces (115 residential, 12 residential visitor, and 5 retail parking spaces).
