Description

Rezoning application to permit the redevelopment of the lands for a new mixed use building. First submission (October 14, 2011) included a tower of 60 storey (207 metre including mechanical penthouse) in height with 3 levels of commercial/office space, 599 residential units above and 196 parking spaces in a below grade parking structure and typical floorplate of 709 sq.m.. Second submission (April 2013) revision includes same tower height, increase in units to 660, increase in total amenity space, increase in the amount of bicycle parking from 608 to 670 spaces and vehicular parking from 196 to 217 spaces and typical floorplate of 769 sq.m.
