Description

Rezoning application to construct a 20 unit project with a gross floor area of 3,260 sq m. The heights are still within the 18 metres height limit specified in Zoning By-law 438-86. The redesigned project will take the form of a single building consisting of 4 units acccessed from the street with eight, 2 storey units above as well as eight additional 3 storey back to back units to the rear .
