Description

Application appealed to OMB. To permit the construction of a new building containing 360 residential condo units comprised of 70 studio, 234 one-bedroom units, 56 two-bedroom units, and 1 three bedroom unit with a total residential GFA of 21,259.48 m2. 118 residential parking spaces, 13 visitor parking spaces and 6 car share spaces will be provided. The proposal includes 1,440 m2 of amenity space of 720 m2 will be interior amenity space, and 720 m2 will be exterior amenity space.
