Description
Official Plan and Zoning by law amendment application to permit the designation and rezoning of the lands in order that they may be re-developed in three blocks for for mixed use purposes. Block 1 proposes a 50-storey mixed-use building. Block 2 prosposes to conserve 6 semi-detached heritage dwellings and 7 infill townhouses. Block 1 and Block 2 share parking facilities. Block 3 proposes one 37 storey tower and a 45-storey tower with retail at-grade. The parkland has increased to 1305 sqm.
