Description
Site Plan Approval for new 10-storey mixed use building containing - 155 residential units - 752.3 m2 of retail space at ground floor and 598.3 m2 of office space on the second floor- 2 levels below grade parking - 88 parking spaces for Block 20 and an additional 16 parking spaces reserved for 30 Regent and 5 parking spaces reserved for Block 14. Since the previous circulation, this application has been amended to add an additional storey (from 9 to 10 storeys) and office uses on part of the second floor.
