Description

Site plan application to construct a multi-phase mixed use residential and commercial buildings. Phase 1 consists of an 11 story structure, phase 2 consists of a 14 storey structure. Three levels underground parking will be provided with a total of 299 parking spaces. There will be a total of 434 rental residential suites and 1,050 square metres of commercial space at grade.
