Description

To permit the development of an 18-storey mixed use building containing 204 residential units and approximately 1425 m2 of ground floor and mezzanine level retail. The proposed building would have a 9-storey base building and the total building height would be 53 metres excluding mechanical. Twelve townhouses are propsed to face Lanark Avenue
