Description

Application to construct a retail/office complex with a gross floor area of approximately 10,847 square metres. The proposal comprises 9 free-standing buildings ranging in size from 2,000 square metres up to 4,760 square metres (inc. mezzanine) within an existing (designated) heritage building at the east end of the site.
