Description
Submission No. 3 - The University of Toronto is proposing a softball diamond in the valley lands area of the university, largely to accommodate the Women's Varisty Softball Team. Fencing and bleachers are proposed but no lighting is proposed. The new diamond will be located adjacent to the exisitng University soccer and football playing fields, as well as a recently constructed Varsity Baseball Diamond. NOTE: A minor variance pplication was approved by the Committee of Adjustment (decision became final and binding October 1, 2008) to permit private recreation in the Open Space Zone, where only public recreation is permitted.
