Description
The application is primarly to permit the to erection a 1-storey, 334 m2 (3600 ft2) steel building for the storage of industrial equipment mainly on a vacant parcel of land on Morningside Ave and partially on the lands at 80 Venture Drive. The proposal also contemplates the extension of the existing paved parking area and the the planting of landscaping features to screen the new building.
