Description
Revised plans of subdivision, and corresponding rezoning, for 5 single detached lots on a public road with access to Sheppard Avenue East. One single family dwelling per lot is proposed. Previous revised concept plan in January 2010 showed 3 single lots on a private road. The original plan submitted in 2008 showed 6 single lots on a public road.
