To Validate the Title of the property known municipally as 232-257 Rusholme Road.Transferred December 4, 1996 after being held in common ownership with the property at 730 Dovercourt Road.The validation is requested as there is uncertainty as to whether or not the property had been transferred in contravention of the Planning Act sometime between 1967 and 1996.
