To obtain stratified consent to sever the existing 58-storey mixed-use development (comprised of commercial, office, hotel and residential uses) with four levels of below-grade parking into two stratified lots (residential and non-residential lands) and to create various easements/rights-of-ways. Also, to maintain the existing easements/right-of-ways.
