Description
To obtain consent to a lease over a portion of the property in excess of 21 years, and to create/grant related easements. No development or minor variances are requested in relation to this consent application. Existing PARTS are contained in Reference Plan 66R-26995, 64R-12966, and 64R-12939. This consent application is an amendment and restatement of an existing lease in excess of 21 years previously approved in 1990.
