Description
To sever the land to create a lot for a new detached dwelling. The proposed lot would have a frontage of 7.57 m on Haig Avenue and a lot area of 213 m2, and is shown as Parts 1 and 4 on the attached Lot Division Plan. The existing house would remain on the proposed lot shown as Parts 2 and 3 and would have a frontage of 7.67 m on Haig Avenue and a lot area of 216 m2. PARTS 3 and 4 are proposed pedestrian access easements to allow access to the rear yards.
