Description

To sever the property into two (2) residential lots (Part 1 and Part 2). Part 1 (to be retained lot) is to have a lot frontage of 7.71 metres and a lot area of 244.25 square metres. Part 2 (to be conveyed lot) is to have a lot frontage of 7.58 metres and a lot area of 240.13 square metres. The existing dwelling is to be demolished with each lot to be developed with a new 2-storey, detached dwelling requiring variances to the Zoning By-law as outlined in minor variance applications A0344/20SC and A0345/20SC. NOTE: The April 22, 2021 hearing has been postponed due to an unforeseen notification issue. This revised notice is to advise you the hearing for this application has been rescheduled to May 12, 2021.
