Description

To sever the property into two (2) residential lots (106A Park Street (Retained Lot (PART 1)) and 106B Park St (Conveyed Lot (PART 2)). Both lots are to have lot frontages of 7.62 metres. PART 1 will have a lot area of 240.26 square metres and PART 2 will have a lot area of 245.57 square metres. The existing dwelling will be demolished with each proposed lot containing a new, 2-storey, detached dwelling requiring variances to the Zoning By-law as outlined in minor variance applications A0339/20SC and A0340/20SC.
