Description
To obtain consent to sever the property into six stratified lots (condo lands, office lands, studio lands, parking lands, retail lands 1 and retail lands 2) and to create various easements/rights-of-ways within a mixed-use development including a 9-storey commercial, office and studio component on the east side (316-320 Dupont Street) and a 13-storey residential condo with retail and commercial at-grade component on the west side (328-338 Dupont Street) with 3 levels of below-grade parking, currently under construction. All Parts are proposed to be stratified other than Parts 10, 11 and 83 (Please refer to the sections included in the Strata Plan). Parts 1, 7, 16, 25, 47, 65, 68, 69, 90 have no Upper and Lower Limit, Parts 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 12, 13, 15, 18, 21, 22, 23, 24, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 48, 53, 58, 59, 60, 61, 62, 63, 64, 66, 67, 70, 71, 72, 73, 74, 75, 76, 77, 78, 79, 85, 86, 87, 88, 89, 91, 92, 93, 94, 95, 97, 98 and 99 have Upper and Lower Limits, and Parts 14, 17, 19, 20, 26, 27, 33, 34, 35, 46, 49, 50, 51, 52, 54, 55, 56, 57, 80, 81, 82, 84, and 96 have an Upper Limit and No Lower Limit. Also, to maintain existing easements/rights-of-ways.
