Description
This application is for consent to extend a lease for a period in excess of 21 years. This application would seek approval for the current food service tenant (TIMWEN Partnerships) to continue operations. Any lease that has the effect of granting the use of or right in land for a period exceeding 21 years requires the consent of the Committee of Adjustment. There are no variances to the Zoning By-law. The April 22, 2021 hearing has been postponed due to an unforeseen notification issue. This revised notice is to advise you the hearing for this application has been rescheduled to May 12, 2021.
