Description
Proposal to sever the land at 74 and 78 Oakridge Drive into 5 lots for single family houses, as shown on the attached Lot Division Plan. The property at 74 Oakridge Drive would be severed to create three lots for single family houses, shown as Parts 1, 2 and 3. Additional land from 74 Oakridge Drive, shown as Part 4, would be merged with land to be severed from 78 Oakridge Drive, shown as Part 5, to form another lot for a single family house. A single family house would also be built on the remaining land, shown as Part 6.
