Description

To obtain consent to sever the properties of 118 -120 Newlands Avenue & 528-530 Birchmount Road into nine new residential lots. The existing detached dwellings on the lots would be demolished and eight new three-story detached dwellings (fourplexes) would be constructed on eight of the new lots and a new two-storey detached dwelling (triplex) would be constructed on one of the new lots
