Description
To permit the severance of the subject lands in 4 separate land parcels. Parts 1, 2 and 3 are for residential lots containing detached dwellings nearing construction completion. Part 4 is proposed to be a lot addition to 78 Oakridge Drive. The proposed severance was conditionally approved by the Ontario Municipal Board in September 2016. The documents required to create the land parcls were not registered within the maximum 2 year time period. The Owner is reapplying for the consent application as previously approved by the Ontario Municipal Board. Refer to Consent Application B0048/15SC and OMB Case No. PL160249.
