Description
To obtain consent to sever the property into two residential lots to facilitate the construction of a 15 storey market residential building and a 8 storey Toronto Community Housing Corporation (TCHC) rental replacement building. A number of easements in favour of the respective owners are required to ensure appropriate and compatible use of the lands after the proposed severance.
