Description
The purpose of the consent application is to sever the property into two residential lots, PART 1 (Retained Lot) and PART 2 (Conveyed Lot), with each lot to be developed for a new detached dwelling. The existing dwelling is to be demolished. The proposed lot frontage for both PARTS 1 and 2 is 6.095 metres and the proposed lot area for both PARTS 1 and 2 is 227.83 square metres. The development proposal requires variances to the Zoning By-law, as outlined in the associated minor variance applications (Application A0280/20SC (PART 1) and Application A0011/21SC (PART 2)). Comparison with similar applications
Lobbied applications are compared only with unlobbied applications of the same type, in the same ward, submitted in the same year and of the same size band (units or floor area from the description; sub-type for Committee of Adjustment files). Unlobbied applications are weighted to match the lobbied group. Raw lobbied versus unlobbied averages are not reported.

Submission to hearing. Approval and refusal rates are among applications with a recorded decision.
Large and complex applications attract both lobbying and longer reviews, and matching cannot remove every difference between applications, so a difference does not show that lobbying changed how an application was reviewed.
Lobbyists choose whom to contact, so a difference does not show a change of mind.
