Description
To sever the property into two (2) residential lots (26A Park Street (Retained (PART 1)) and 26B Park St (Conveyed Lot (PART 2)). Both lots are to have lot frontages of 6.412 metres. PART 1 will have a lot area of 228.8 square metres and PART 2 will have a lot area of 228.4 square metres. The existing dwelling will be demolished with each proposed lot containing a new, 2-storey, detached dwelling requiring variances to the Zoning By-law as outlined in minor variance applications A0244/21SC and A0245/21SC.
