Description
This application is for consent to sever the land at 85 Westbourne Avenue into 2 lots for single family houses. The proposed lots are shown as Part 1 and Parts 2 & 3 on the attached Lot Division Plan. Each lot would have a frontage of 7.62 m on Westbourne Avenue and a lot area of 241.6 m2. The land shown as Parts 3 and 4 form a mutual right-of-way between the houses at 85 and 83 Westbourne Avenue.
