Description
To obtain consent to sever the property into 3 lots and to create easements for the purposes of vehicular and pedestrian driveway and access and privately owned publicly-accessible space. The existing 13-storey apartment building is to remain with the exception of an improved entrance way. The conveyed lots will be developed with a 29-storey apartment building and an 11-storey apartment building.
