Description

To sever the property into two (2) residential lots (PART 1 and PART 2). PART 1 (Retained Lot) is proposed to have a lot frontage of 8.83 metres and a proposed lot area of 378.4 square metres. PART 2 (Conveyed Lot) is proposed to have a lot frontage of 8.83 metres and a lot area of 489.7 square metres. The existing dwelling and ancillary structure is to be demolished with each proposed lot containing a new, 2-storey, detached dwelling requiring variances to the Zoning By-law as outlined in minor variance applications A0149/20SC and A0150/20SC. PART 3 is a 5 metre corner to be dedicated to the City of Toronto.
