Description
To sever the property into two (2) residential lots. The retained lot (PART 1 ) will have a frontage of 13.29 metres and a lot area of 319.1 square metres. The conveyed lot (PART 2) will have a frontage of 23.43 metres and a lot area of 423.6 square metres. The existing dwelling will be demolished with each proposed lot to be constructed with a new, 2-storey, detached dwellings requiring variances to the Zoning By-law as outlined in minor variance applications A0157/21SC and A0158/21SC.
